§ 1 Provider
The provider of these General Terms and Conditions is: Wildstahl e.U, Ing. Jochen Krobath, Laufnitzdorf 18, 8130 Frohnleiten, AUSTRIA

§ 2 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions between the provider and a consumer.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract and Storage of Contract Text
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers via the website www.wildstahl.at of the Wildstahl online shop. The contract is concluded with the provider (see § 1).
The presentation and description of goods on the website www.wildstahl.at do not constitute a binding offer.
By placing an order via the button “order with obligation to pay” / “buy” at the end of the ordering process, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is only concluded once the provider sends an order confirmation via email.
The contract text is stored upon order placement. Consumers receive an email containing the order details and the applicable General Terms and Conditions. After the contract has been concluded, the order data is no longer accessible online.

§ 4 Payment
The statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components are included in the listed prices. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may be charged additionally.
Consumers may choose from the following payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer / prepayment.

§ 5 Delivery, Delivery Restrictions
Delivery shall take place within 28 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
In the case of payment by bank transfer or PayPal, this period begins on the day following the payment order.

§ 6 Transfer of Risk
The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods remains with the provider until the goods are handed over and passes to the consumer upon delivery.

§ 7 Retention of Title
The provider retains ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

§ 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
